​The school district is pleased to offer an opportunity to share and learn the work of Adele LaFrance through a 4 night parenting series. Dr. Adele LaFrance's work focuses on how to strengthen relationships with your children through conversations. Her approach is called “Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT)" and she also wrote the book “ what to say to kids when nothing seems to work".  These sessions are designed to help you support your loved one's big emotions and support your family's overall well-being. Details for the sessions are in the poster below and attached for your convenience. Food and childcare will be provided for the sessions however, space is limited. We have 30 spaces available for parents/caregivers and 20 spaces for childcare. By clicking on the link below, you are indicating your interest for registering for the event.
